We have been offering short term rental for 5 years in the norwest of england succesfully growing our portfolio of apartments we have become experts in the short term rental service.  We offer a fantastic package to all of our customers by creating partnerships in the local area for cleaning and renting property for travellers to the north west region 

City Quay aprtments are based in Liverpool and have recently formed a new partnership with a local internet e-commerce company called Tissea group, we have formed this new company accommodation-city with the goal of creating more partnerships in the local area and across the United Kingdom.

 Accommodation city is  service provider, we connect travellers with property owners and we ensure the whole process is a easy and freindly throughout.  Landlords are delighted with the services we provide, we offer cleaning and maintenance services, we meet and greet on behalf of landlords who may live too far to manage themselves.  Customers have a pleasant experience searching through our database of properties and the online booking system is easy to use, general terms and conditions aswell as specific apartment Terms ensure the customer is informed of the the many different operating procedures of 1000's of landlords.

 2009 is the year we launch this new website we hope to expand our partnerships to local businesses, encouraging them to register so travellers can see them and their location in relation to apartments in the local area, with 1000 of visits each week this is a great source of advertising and potential income for local business.
